摘要
传统管理模式下,施工企业在机电施工阶段需要大量技术与管理力量,才能确保施工质量和进度。利用BIM技术开展机电专业深化设计工作,既可有效提高效率,也便于在施工前及时发现问题,具有很好的直观性、高效性以及全面性。另外,由施工单位开展的BIM机电深化设计具有技术到位、贴近现场等优势。
Under conventional management mode, construction unit should make huge technical and administrative efforts to guarantee the quality and schedule of electromechanical construction. Application of BIM technique for in-depth electromechanical design could not only effectively improve design efficiency, but also help to detect problems timely before construction, having direct, effective and comprehensive performance. In addition, BIM-based in-depth electromechanical design conducted by construction unit could realize technical reliability and feasibility, etc.
