摘要
文章从BIM(建筑信息模型)的发展历程讲起,对BIM技术的概念及特征作了详细阐述。接着介绍了国内外BIM技术的研究和应用现状,将BIM与CAD技术对建筑行业的影响作比较,并指出BIM技术的价值和前景。
This paper started from the development process of BIM （Building Information Model）,then elaborated the concept and features of BIM technology in great detail. Next it introduces the current situation of the research and application at home and abroad, compares the effect of BIM and CAD technology in the construction industry and points out that the value and the prospect of BIM.
