摘要
城镇化、信息化快速发展的时代,如何利用海量、多元的大数据,提升城乡规划量化分析的准确性具有极大的理论及实践意义。文章结合当前乡村振兴战略,聚焦村镇尺度下手机信令数据在规划中的适用性研究,在分析村镇地区手机数据特性的基础上,结合现有村镇规划技术框架,通过上海郊区的实证研究验证手机信令数据在活动空间、村镇体系及问题区域诊断等方面的可行性,为手机信令数据在村镇规划工作中的应用提出可行性的路径。
In the era of rapid development of urbanization and informatization, how to make use of mass and multivariate data to improve the accuracy of quantitative analysis of urban-rural planning has great theoretical and practical significance. This paper focuses on the applicability of mobile phone signaling data in planning at the village scale combining with the current rural vitalization strategy. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of mobile phone signaling data in rural areas and combined with the existing technical framework of rural planning, this paper verified the feasibility of mobile phone signaling data in activity space, village system and problem area diagnosis through empirical research in Shanghai suburbs, and put forward a feasible path for the future application of mobile phone signaling data in rural planning.
