摘要
采用力学性能测试、组织观察以及断口形貌分析等方法,研究了退火温度对5456铝合金力学性能和显微组织的影响。研究结果表明:随退火温度的升高,5456铝合金板材伸长率先增大后趋于稳定,其强度、屈强比及硬度则逐渐减小,当退火温度达到320℃后板材力学性能趋于稳定;退火温度由260℃升到280℃时,板材组织由纤维状变形组织向等轴再结晶组织转变。不同退火温度下5456铝合金板材拉伸断口均呈韧性断裂。综合得到5456铝合金冷轧板最佳的退火温度为320℃。
Influences of annealing temperature on the mechanical properties and microstructure of 5456 aluminum alloy sheet were studied by means of mechanical property test,microstructure observation and fracture morphology analysis.The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature,the elongation of the 5456 aluminum alloy increases firstly and then tends to be stable,and the hardness,the strength and the yield ratio decrease gradually.When the temperature reaches 320℃,the mechanical properties of the 5456 aluminum alloy plate tend to be stable.When the annealing temperature is raised from 260℃to 280℃,the microstructure of the sheet changes from fibrous to recrystallized.Tensile fracture of the 5456 aluminum alloy sheet is ductile type when annealed at different temperatures.In comprehensive conclusion,the optimum annealing temperature of the 5456 aluminum alloy cold rolled plate is 320℃.
