摘要
通过光学显微镜、氧氮氢分析仪对82B盘条拉伸断口试样进行了显微组织、氧氮氢含量及夹杂物分析,并借助扫描电镜观察分析了断口形貌及索氏体片层间距,同时对比分析了自然时效前后盘条拉伸断口形貌及力学性能的变化情况,分析研究了82B盘条不同拉伸断口形貌及力学性能的形成变化过程.
By means of optical microscope,oxygen and nitrogen hydrogen analyzer on the tensile fracture of 82 b wire rod specimen,the microstructure,oxygen and nitrogen hydrogen content and inclusion analysis,with the aid of scanning electron microscope and the fracture morphology was analyzed and sorbite lamella spacing,and wire rod before and after the comparative analysis of the natural aging changes of the tensile fracture morphology and mechanical properties,analyzed the 82 b wire rod different tensile fracture morphology and mechanical properties of the formation of the change process.
