Improvement of heat treatment process of 60Si2Mn steel disc springs

摘要 通过60Si2Mn钢相变点的测量确定碟形弹簧片的热处理工艺参数,并应用金相显微镜、洛氏硬度计对热处理样品进行组织观察与硬度测试,采用SEM对回火样品进行断口分析。结果表明,采用(840±20)℃盐浴加热油淬+450℃回火工艺处理后,60Si2Mn钢组织为回火屈氏体,硬度44.5 HRC,零件断口为韧性断裂,满足碟形弹簧片性能要求,该工艺可替代等温淬火热处理。 By the measurement of 60Si2Mn steel phase transformation temperature , the heat treatment process parameters of disc spring piece were determined .The microstructure and hardness of the heat treated sample was observed and tested by optical microscope and Rockwell tester, the fracture of tempered sample was analyzed by SEM .The results show that austenitized at (840 ±20) ℃in salt bath furnace and oil quenched then tempered at 450 ℃, the microstructure of 60Si2Mn steel is tempered troostite and the hardness is 44.5 HRC, the fracture of part is ductile fracture , all that meet the properties requirement of disc spring piece , the heat treatment process can replace isothermal quenching .
