摘要
利用盐浴加热循环淬火对65Mn钢进行奥氏体晶粒的超细化,并对晶粒细化后的65Mn钢进行超塑拉伸试验。结果表明,热轧或正火态的65Mn钢经810℃循环淬火3次,奥氏体晶粒即可细化至13级,在温度660~720℃、变形速率0.5~3.7×10(-2)min(-1)范围内呈现超塑性,δ≥200%,最高达294%,σ最低仅38MPa,m值为0.38左右。
Ultrafining treatment for austenite grains of 65Mn steel by means of cyclic quench and superplastic tensing after ultrafining treatment have been investigated. The results show that the grain size may be refined to 13 grade after 3 cycles of cyclic quench at 810℃ in 65Mn steel. which had been hot-rolled or normalized,Superplasticity has been obtained at temperature 660 ̄720℃、strain rate 0. 5 ̄3. 7×10(-2)min(-1) in ultrafined 65Mn steel,the elongation may attain 294%,the maximum flow strees is only 38MPa and strain rate sensitivity m about 0. 38.
