摘要
主要对适宜生产金针菇液体菌种的菌株及其培养基作了筛选研究 ,结果表明 ,所选育的优良菌株在玉米粉、马铃薯、葡萄糖为主料的液体培养基上生长良好 ,与固体菌种相比生产周期大为缩短 。
The essay mainly discussed how to select the appropriate liquid culture strain from other five strains.And using analytical technique of three factors Test statistics,a suitable medium and shaking culture conditions for Flammulina velutipes strain 21 have been selected.In contrast with solid inoculum,the production period became shorter.This brought about conditions for cultivating Flammulina velutipes industrially.
