摘要
大学生创业教育已成为当今高校教育的一项重要内容,辅导员作为高校一线学生工作者,是从事大学生创业就业指导的重要成员,在大学生创业教育中起着十分重要的作用。大学生创业是一个机会,同时创业的路上也伴随着各种风险,辅导员要明确自己在创业教育中的角色以及重要性,充分发挥自己的大学生创业指导中的作用。文章结合大学生创业现状,对辅导员如何更好发挥在创业教育中的作用进行了论述。
College Students' entrepreneurship education has become an important part of higher education. Counselors, as front-line student workers in Colleges and universities, are important members of College Students' career guidance and play a very important role in entrepreneurship education. It is an opportunity for college students to start their own businesses. Meanwhile, there are various risks along the way. Counselors should clarify their role and importance in entrepreneurship education, and give full play to their role in entrepreneurial guidance. According to the present situation of College Students' entrepreneurship, the article discusses how the counselors play a better role in entrepreneurship education.
