摘要
大学语文教师的文化素养一般来说应包括文学理论和文学鉴赏能力、教育学心理学知识、专业技能、文化视野等。大学语文教师是兼具专业技能和综合性知识修养的学人,必须要对自己的文化素养有更高的要求。大学语文教师具有较高的文化素养有利于文化的传播、有利于开展审美教育、有利于师生沟通。大学语文教师文化养成的途径主要有养成良好的读书习惯、保持较高水平的师识师能、提高文化学养、培养兴趣爱好和特长、参加学术研究活动、培养文化敏感性等。
The cultural quality of colege Chinese teachers should include: the literary theory and literary appreciation ability, education psychology knowledge, professional skills, culture field of vision, etc. College Chinese teachers are people who have professional skills and comprehensive knowledge training at the same time, must have higher requirements on their cultural literacy. Colege Chinese teachers have high cultural quality is conducive to the spread of culture, to carry out aesthetic education, is advantageous to the communication between teachers and students. College Chinese teacher culture ways mainly have develop good reading habits, maintaining high level of division of teacher knowledge, improve the cultural knowledge, cultivate interests and special skils, academic research activities, cultivating cultural sensitivity, etc.
