摘要
本文以网格化管理模式在社会各行各业被广泛应用,并取得了良好的成果为前提,立足当前大学生的时代特点和传统班级管理面临的问题和挑战,通过分析网格化管理理念和学生管理理念的相似性,积极探索新时期班级管理新措施和高校班级网格化思维管理新模式。
