摘要
高校承担着立德树人、培养优秀青年学生的时代重任。班级是高校微型管理的基层组成单位,直接关系到学校管理效率及人才培养质量,因此,高校学生班级管理一直以来都受重视和关注。文章总结和分析了高校学生班级管理存在的问题,并从学风、学生队伍、管理制度、班级文化建设等方面提出新时代加强高校学生班级管理的对策和建议。
Colleges and universities are shouldering the important task of cultivating excellent young students.Class is the basic unit of micro management in Colleges and universities, which is directly related to the efficiency of school management and the quality of talent training. This paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the class management of college students, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the class management of college students in the new situation from the aspects of study style, student team, management system, class culture construction, etc.
