摘要
目的探讨结、直肠癌并肠梗阻一期切除吻合的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院1999年2月至2006年2月46例结直肠癌并肠梗阻的临床资料,结果46例患者均行手术治疗,其中42例行一期切除吻合术(91.3%)。术后并发症8例(17.39%),其中吻合口瘘1例(2.17%),腹部切口感染4例(8.69%),不全性肠梗阻1例(2.17%),肺部感染2例(4.35%),其余均治愈。结论严格掌握手术适应症,充分的术前准备,术中彻底结肠灌洗,仔细精确地吻合,完善的术后处理,一期切除吻合是安全可行的。
Objective:Discuss the treating effects of one-stage resection and anastomosis for colorectal cancers associated with obstruction.Methods:Review and analysis 46 cases' clinical information of colorectal cancers associated with obstruction.Results: 46 cases are all taken operations,in which 42 cases are taken one-stage resection and anastomosis.8 cases suffer complications(17%),in which 1 case suffers anastomotic leakage(2%),4 cases suffer the belly cut infection,one case suffers incomplete intestinal obstruction(2%),2 cases suffer lung infection(4%),and others are all recovered.Conclusions: Strictly master the operation adaptive diseases,fully prepare for the operation,completely wash up the colon,careful and exact anastomosis and perfect disposal after the operations.One-stage resection and anastomosis is safe and feasible.
