摘要
目的:探讨结肠灌洗、Ⅰ期切除吻合治疗左半结肠癌性梗阻的疗效和可行性。方法:对27例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:27例左半结肠癌性梗阻患者Ⅰ期手术切除吻合均恢复顺利,无吻合口瘘发生,1例腹部切口感染。结论:结肠灌洗Ⅰ期手术切除吻合治疗左半结肠癌性梗阻是一种安全可行的手术方式,尤其适宜在基层医院开展。
Purposes：To discuss the curative effect and feasibility of application to colon, and Phase Ⅰ excision anastomosis left colon cancer obstruction. Through reviewing and analyzing the clinical data of 27 patients, Result：Smooth recovery of all the 27 cases with left colon cancer obstruction and Phase Ⅰ excision anastomosis, without any occurrence of fistula, but with only one abdomen incision infection. Conclusion：Colon lavation and Phase Ⅰ excision anastomosis to the left colon cancer obstruction is a safe and feasible mode of operative treament, especially suitable for the hospitals at grassroots levels.
