摘要
为了给白皮松等林木种子的休眠萌发和贮藏等研究提供理论依据,利用气相色谱、流动注射及分光光度计比色等方法分析了珍贵园林树种——白皮松的种子在萌发过程中脂肪、蛋白质、碳水化合物的代谢及其酶的变化。试验结果表明:(1)白皮松种子在萌发过程中首先利用碳水化合物;(2)种子的贮藏物质的大量降解是在胚根突破种皮之后;(3)种子萌发过程中,水解酶活性的升降并不完全与其底物含量的增减相吻合。每种物质含量的变化与其物质的代谢和水解产物的利用情况有关。
The metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates and change in enzyme of seeds of pinus bungeana during the germination were conducted by the method of gas-liquid chromatography, flow inJeetion, colorimetric analysis of spcctrophotometcr, for providing thcoretical basis for sceds dormancy, germination and storage of seeds of forest trees. The rcsults indicate that (1) Carbohydrates wcre first utilizcd during germination of seed of pinus bungeana; (2) Stored substances in seeds began to decompose quickly after radicale broke through sccd coats; (3) the activity of enzymes,in the seeds does not always coincides with the incrcase or dccrease in quantity of its responsible substance during gcrmination of the seed. Changes in stored substance relate to metabolism of other materials and the usc of hydrolysates.
