摘要
从培养白皮松种子离体胚着手,以糖浓度为基础进行对比试验,研究了白皮松种子胚在低温层积、赤霉素、水浸等不同条件下的萌发情况。
This essay starts from the culture of separated embryo of Chinese lace-bark pine seed and makes some comparative testing on sugar concentration, in which germination of embryo of Chinese lace-bark pine seed under different conditions are studied, including low temperature stratification, gibberellins and water soaking, etc.
