对十年期间流动注射分析 (FlowInjectionAnalysis,FIA)技术在食品分析领域所取得的进展进行了综述 ,内容包括 :FIA的基本原理、存在的问题。
The review is based on the achievement and progress reported of food analysis with the flow injection analysis technique during 1990—2000 which contains the fundamental principle, unsolved problem, research and application on FIA technique.
