摘要
根据卤素离子、重金属离子、氧分子和芳香硝基化合物等物质能减低某些荧光试剂的荧光强度或缩短荧光寿命的性质,用不同的荧光分子探针,加入适当的聚合物和稳定剂制成透明、有弹性的薄膜。装置在光导纤维的端部或采用荧光试杯法,作为光学传感器用于测定一系列无机和有机药物。实验研究证明,这类传感器有较好的灵敏度、可逆性和快速响应等优点,符合Stern-Volmer公式。可以连续在线分析静止或流动的样品,在药物分析和环境监测等领域有广阔的应用前景。作者采用新的聚合物和增塑荆材料研制成具有优良性能的芘丁酸(PBA)敏感膜,并为研制其它系列敏感膜准备了条件。
In this paper, a new FOCS of pyrernebutyric acid based on the quenching is reported. The working principle and method of preparation were described. PBA sensitive membrane were prepared by solvent casting. Polymer, plasticizer and fluorophore were dissolved in cyclohexanone and acetone. The solution was poure into a glass dish and the solvent allowed to evaporate. The membrane was cut into small section that response are qick, reversible and stable for nitro aromatic compound and follows the Stern-Volmer low. Our ultimate aim is to use the membrane for remote in situ to measure some organic and inorganic pharmaceutical in water through fiber optics.
