摘要
对当前科技期刊的现状进行了简要的分析 ;论述了加入WTO给中国科技期刊发展带来的良好机遇 ;并阐述了如何充分利用有利条件 ,加强科技期刊自身建设。
This paper analyses briefly the present situation of sci-tech journals and the opportunities after WTO entry. How to take full advantages strengthen sci-tech journal,is also explainned.
