摘要
模糊层次分析法是将层次分析法和模糊综合评价法的优点进行有机融合,用层次确定各影响因素的权重,用模糊综合评价法确定各方案指标,对评价进行量化。建立了高校学报核心竞争力评价模型,并用实例验证了模型的有效性。
Fuzzy level analysis which organically combines the merits of level analysis and fuzzy comprehensive assessment, determines various influential factors at different levels and the indexes with fuzzy comprehensive assessment, and quantitizes the assessment. Finally, the core competitiveness assessment model of university journal has been established, and whose effectiveness has been proved by examples.
