摘要
目的 :研究血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中的表达及其与肿瘤血管形成的关系。 方法 :用免疫组化 (S P法 )染色技术对 95例NSCLC石蜡组织标本的VEGF、MMP 2及肿瘤微血管密度 (MVD)进行检测和分析。 结果 :VEGF、MMP 2在肿瘤细胞阳性表达率明显高于癌旁的正常肺组织 (P <0 .0 1)。VEGF及MMP 2阳性表达癌组织中的MVD显著高于阴性表达癌组织中的MVD。VEGF表达与TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,和肿瘤病理分级增高无显著相关 (P >0 .0 5 )。MMP 2表达与肿瘤病理分级及淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :VEGF和MMP 2可能参与了NSCLC的新血管生成 ,故VEGF、MMP
Objectives: To investigate the expression and distribution of VEGF, MMP 2 in human non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),and to evaluate the relationship between the expressions of VEGF and MMP 2 and tumor angiogenesis and metastasis. Methods:The expression of VEGF, MMP 2 and MVD in 95 patients with NSCLC were examined using immunohistochemical methods (S P), and the relationships between them and many clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results:The positive rates of VEGF and MMP 2 in NSCLC were much higher than those in the normal lung tissues nearby ( P < 0.01 ). The positive expressions of VEGF and MMP 2 were associated with MVD and lymph node metastases of NSCLC( P <0.05). The positive expression of VEGF was associated with TNM stage ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusions: The results suggested that VEGF, MMP 2 may play an important role in tumor angiogenesis and metastasis of human NSCLC, and detection of VEGF and MMP 2 may be good metastasis and prognostic predictors for human NSCLC.
