摘要
研究运动副间隙对弹簧操动机构非线性特性的影响,采用连续接触模型和拉格朗日方程建立了含多间隙的高压断路器弹簧操动机构非线性动力学方程.通过4阶龙格-库塔法对该动力学方程进行数值求解,数值计算结果与操动试验符合良好.最后通过庞加莱(Poincaré)映射研究该弹簧操动机构在不同间隙值及运动副数目下的运动混沌现象.结果表明:运动副间隙值小于0.15mm,操动机构周期运动,且间隙副数的增加不会改变机构运动的周期性;随着间隙值和间隙副数量的进一步增加,系统的非线性特征增强,运动易进入拟周期和混沌状态.
Influence caused by the joints clearance in spring operating mechanism on its nonlinear characteristic was studied.First,the nonlinear dynamic equations of spring operating mechanism with multiple joints clearance was established through continuous contact model and second Lagrangian equation.Then,the dynamic equations were solved through 4 th-order Runge-Kutta and the numerical result had high consistency to operation experiment.Finally,the motion chaotic phenomenon of the spring operating mechanism under different joints clearance size and number was studied by Poincarémapping.Results indicate that the operating mechanism can move periodically when the clearance size is less than 0.15 mm,and the periodicity of the mechanism would not change with the increase of joints clearance number.However,as clearance size and number increase further,the nonlinear characteristic of the spring operating mechanism would be reinforced and its motion is more likely to step into quasi-periodic and chaotic state.
