摘要
建立了多孔式液压缓冲器的数值仿真模型,分析了部分主要参数对缓冲特性的影响,并以此为依据,对关键构造进行优化。选择节流孔的孔径和孔间距参数作为设计变量,实际缓冲效率与理想值的差作为目标函数,采用粒子群算法作为优化方法,经过一系列寻优迭代,找到相对合适的参数组合,提高了缓冲性能,优化后的缓冲器具有缓冲力峰值低、缓冲效率高、吸能量大等特点。
The paper establishes the math model of multi - orifice hydraulic buffer and analyzes the influence of key parameters of the buffer on its performance. Based on the model and analysis results, it optimizes the key structures and/inds out the proper matching parameters by means of selecting the diameter and distance between orifices as design variables, the difference between actual buffer efficiency value and best one as objective function, and PSO algorithm. The optimized buffer features higher efficiency, lower buffer peak value and better cushion performance.
