摘要
随着新课改的深入,教师评价进入改革阶段。我国引入了发展性教师评价理念,这种教师评价有其特有的特点,在具体实施过程中遇到了一些困难,据此我们提出一些建议,希望能促进发展性教师评价制度的不断完善。
With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,teacher evaluation comes into the reform stage.China introduces the concept of the developmental teacher evaluation which has its unique characticeristics.We have encountered some difficulties in the course of implementing it,and make a number of suggestions,hoping to promote constant improvement of the developmental teacher evaluating system.
