摘要
发展性教师评价以促进教师的发展为最终目的 ,教师自评是教师发展性评价的重要手段和途径 ;学生和家长是参与教师发展性评价不容忽视的主体 ;发展性评价与奖惩评价虽然目的不同 ,但并不是一对不可调和的矛盾 ,可以利用奖惩机制的激励作用 。
The final object of teachers'development evaluation is promoting the teachers'development.Teachers' self evaluation is an important method and channel of teachers'development evaluation.Students and their parents are the subjects of teachers' development evaluation that should not be neglected. Although the objects of development evaluation and reward or punishment are different ,the controdiction between them can be mediated. We can combine them organically through the encouragement function of reward or punishment evaluation.
