摘要
目的:运用中医传承辅助平台,总结中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中中医药治疗小儿支原体肺炎方剂的组方用药规律,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:收集CNKI中中医药治疗小儿支原体肺炎的文献,运用中医传承辅助平台进行数据挖掘,分析用药规律。结果:对治疗小儿支原体肺炎的282条方剂进行分析,得出用药频次以化痰止咳平喘药较高,主要的关联规则是麻杏石甘汤,发现核心药物组合14个,挖掘出新处方7个。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台对小儿支原体肺炎方剂数据进行分析,明确了近年来治疗小儿支原体肺炎的用药规律,对中医药治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床研究具有指导意义。
Objective:To explain the composing principles of the prescriptions for mycoplasma pneumonia collected in CNKI by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance system.Methods:The prescriptions used for mycoplasma pneumonia in CNKI were collected then input into the TCM inheritance system.TCM heritance system was used to explain the composing principles of the prescriptions for mycoplasma pneumonia.Results:The composing principles were extracted based on the analyses of 282 cases of prescriptions by using TCM inheritance system.The frequency of herbs were analyzed.The main association rule was Maxing Shigan Tang(麻杏石甘汤).There were 14 core combinations and 7 new prescriptions extracted.Conclusion:The complex composing principles of prescriptions for mycoplasma pneumonia collected in CNKI have been clarified by TCM inheritance system.The TCM inheritance system is very helpful to study the treatment for viral pneumonia by TCM.
