摘要
目的 :通过对湖南省中老年膝骨性关节炎的现况调查,了解湖南省城乡地区中老年人原发性膝骨关节炎的流行特征、相关危险因素情况,进一步完善湖南省中老年人膝骨关节炎流行病学资料提供参考数据。方法 :采用设计的调查问卷,调查当地人群的人口学资料以及患原发性膝骨关节炎的情况。结果 :湖南省骨膝关节炎患病率20.3%,城市地区为16.6%,农村地区23.4%。结论 :湖南省中老年人原发性膝关节OA中城市大于农村。
Objective In order to further improve Hunan area middle-aged and elderly people osteoarthritis epidemiologi-cal data provide reference. Method Using stratified-cluster-multistage sampling method, Hunan area was divided into two lay-ers which are urban and rural areas. statistical software for data analysis, analysis data was used the chi-square test and logistic regression analysis. Result The total prevaleuce of primary knee osteoarthritis in elderly people in central region of Hunan prorinte is 20.3%, Standardized prevalence of 16.6% urban rural 23.4%. Conclusion The total prevalence of primary knee os-teoarthritis in elderly people in central region of Hunan province. Standardized prevalence rate of urban less than rural.
