摘要
提出了适合于中部槽焊接的工艺方法,即激光-MAG复合打底焊和双丝MAG填充焊工艺,为中部槽焊接从半自动化向自动化、智能化发展提供了技术支撑。结果表明:采用激光-MAG电弧复合进行打底焊接能有效改善电弧稳定性,成功解决了焊接接头熔透问题,提高了焊接接头质量,并获得了宽泛的打底焊工艺窗口;通过试验分析,发现对中部槽NM400和ZG30Si Mn材料进行焊接时,应严格控制焊接热输入以避免焊接裂纹的产生,同时提出了适合于中部槽焊接的最佳坡口结构。
This paper illustrates two suitable welding technologies for the core pan welding which are the technology of laser-MAG hybrid welding heat for backing weld and the twin-wire MAG heat for cosmetic welding.These new approaches provide a significant technical support for the development of the core pan's welding from semi-automatic to automatic and intelligent. The results shows that: laser-MAG arc hybrid for backing weld could improved the stability of arc effectively. This successfully solved the penetration problems of welded joints,improved the quality of the joints and gained a wide welding process window; By analyzing welding process,a conclusion was found that: for the welding of NM400 and ZG30 Si Mn,the welding heat input should be strictly controlled in order to avoid different weld cracks. It was also concerned that the semi-double U and double-U-welding grooves were better for the welding of core pan.
