摘要
高校作为一个特殊的团体,类似小型社会,随着其内外环境变化,高校不断受到冲击,危机事件时有发生,并有逐年增加的趋势。公共危机事件发生不仅影响师生的生活质量,威胁师生的生命安全,而且对学校声誉产生严重的负面效应[1]。作为特殊性质的高校中的独立学院,是高等院校一种新的办学模式,是教育改革的创新,由于其民办性和独立自主的运行机制决定了在处理此类事件的过程中具有一定的特殊性,如何建立相对应的行之有效的危机事件处理机制,对危机事件进行有效的预防和处理,是各独立学院需要迫切解决的问题。
As a special organization, college and university like small societies that influenced by crisis events occasionally when their internal and external environment changes, which is with a tendency to increase by years. Public crisis events not only affect the life quality and life safety of teachers and students, but have serious negative effects on school reputation [1]. With a special nature of colleges and universities independent college is a new higher education model that is an innovation of the education reform, its private and independent operating mechanism determines that it has certain particularity in the process of dealing with crisis events. How to establish an effective crisis treatment mechanism correspondingly to prevent and deal with the crisis events is a problem that need independent colleges to solve urgently.
