摘要
当前,高校不稳定因素频发,公共危机时有发生,大学生公共危机预防意识薄弱,这些现象都对高校生态系统产生了极大的破坏,阻碍了高校在新时代的高质量发展,同时也影响了高校的社会声誉和形象。因此,高校必须要重视公共危机管理,整合各方资源,构建健全的公共危机教育体系。基于此,文章在对高校公共危机进行概述的基础上,从注重思想引领、健全组织体系、完善教育培训保障机制、拓展公共危机教育内容、创新公共危机预警机制五个方面提出了构建策略,以期能够为高校公共危机教育开展提供参考,同时提高大学生公共危机防控意识。
At present,unstable factors in colleges and universities frequently occur,public crises occur from time to time,and college students’public crisis prevention awareness is weak.These phenomena have greatly damaged the college ecosystem,hindered the high-quality development of colleges and universities in the new era,and also affected the social reputation and image of the university.Therefore,colleges and universities must attach importance to public crisis management,integrate all resources,and build a sound public crisis education system.Based on this,on the basis of an overview of the public crisis in colleges and universities,this article proposes a construction strategy from five aspects:focusing on ideological guidance,improving the organizational system,improving the education and training guarantee mechanism,expanding the content of public crisis education,and innovating the public crisis early warning mechanism.It can provide a reference for the development of public crisis education in colleges and universities,and at the same time improve the awareness of public crisis prevention and control of college students.
