摘要
对抗日战争与国家、民族、社会认同及其多重互动进行系统研究,是我多年来的一个浅尝辄止的想法。早在1985年8月出席全国纪念抗日战争胜利40周年学术研讨会时,有关抗日战争领导权问题的讨论就给我留下了难以磨灭的印象。此后,我就开始思考中国共产党实现对抗日战争领导权的中介环节问题。1995年9月,出席全国纪念抗日战争胜利50周年学术研讨会之后,我们更坚定了对这一问题进行探讨的信心,并将抗日战争与华北社会问题研究确定为一个主攻方向。经过进一步思考,并受"新革命史"范式考察中国共产党在根据地实现领导权过程之启发,我认为,如果说五四新文化运动的作用主要在于倡导个性解放和思想启蒙的话,抗日战争则促使中国人民进一步解放思想,在国家、民族、社会等多方面认同上达成广泛共识,是近代以来思想解放的一个高峰。上述想法促使我们在抗日战争胜利70周年之际着手研究抗日战争与国家、民族、社会认同互动关系问题。我们认为,中国共产党对抗日战争领导权的实现,除了持久战、游击战等军事谋略之外,更主要的是日军全面侵华和抗日民族统一战线促使中华民族的认同空前高涨,中国共产党人始终高举抗日民族统一战线大旗不动摇,在抗击日本侵略者的艰苦卓绝的斗争进程中,新民主主义的国家、民族和社会的认同观念在知识分子特别是青年学生当中逐渐传播开来,并日渐深入人心,进而在当时的各种关于国家重构和社会整合的理论学说中脱颖而出。作为新民主主义社会的"国家"雏形——根据地的建设成就,以及根据地对争取抗战胜利所作出的巨大贡献,又让新民主主义的理论具有无可辩驳的说服力。因此,抗日民族统一战线不仅使中共牢牢掌握了抗日战争的领导权,还为新民主主义理论的传播开辟了道路,为后来的国家重构和社会整合指明了前进方向。
In my opinion,the May Fourth Movement of New Culture in 1919 emancipated the Chinese minds and enlightened the Chinese people,and the Anti- Japanese War( 1937- 1945) further made the Chinese people emancipate their minds and reached broad consensus in the identity of country,nation and society,a peak of the emancipation of mind. The Japanese invaders and the Anti- Japanese National United Front promoted the identity of the Chinese nation unprecedented. In the fierce war against the Japanese invaders,the idea of new democratic state,the identity of nation and society gradually spread among the intellectuals and students. The construction of the revolutionary bases and great contributions to the victory against the Japanese invaders made the theory of new democracy convincing without argument. So we say that the Anti- Japanese National United Front had the Communist Party of China firmly grasp the leadership against the Japanese invaders,open a new road for the spreading of the theory of new democracy,and point out the way forward for New China's construction and social integration.
