摘要 经雌激素受体 (ER)介导途径是环境雌激素一个重要的作用机制。近年来随着对雌激素及ER研究的深入 ,发现雌激素经ER介导的作用途径不仅包括经典的核转录激活途径 ,还包括非配体依赖性活化途径及核受体介导的快速效应等各种复杂的过程 ;而ER亚型、膜受体以及雌激素相关受体等概念的提出 ,更增加了经受体作用途径的复杂性。各种EEs可能通过一种或几种途径产生生物学效应 ,对这些作用机制的阐述 ,可以为防治和综合评价EEs提供可靠的理论依据。
