摘要
在居民消费升级与乡村振兴战略背景下,烟台樱桃产业规模扩大,冷库分布不均衡等问题突出。本文基于集合覆盖模型,以40 km为覆盖半径,设定14个需求点与候选点,通过Excel规划求解,确定在海阳市徐家店镇和牟平区观水镇建设冷库,可降低运输成本、减少损耗、提高物流时效与品牌影响力,且符合环境可持续发展理念,能为烟台樱桃冷链物流优化提供参考。
Against the backdrop of residents'consumption upgrading and the rural revitalization strategy,the scale of Yantai's cherry industry has expanded,while issues such as the uneven distribution of cold storage facilities have become prominent.Based on the set covering model with a coverage radius of 40 km,this paper identified 14 demand points and candidate points.Using Excel's planning solution,it was determined that constructing cold storage facilities in Xujiadian town,Haiyang city,and Guanshui town,Muping district,could reduce transportation costs,minimize losses,improve logistics efficiency,and enhance brand influence.Additionally,this approach aligns with environmental sustainability,providing a reference for optimizing the cold chain logistics of Yantai cherries.
