摘要
国内高炉炉前渣铁管理依赖现场人工观测记录,存在记录不及时、不准确问题,且铁流的射流形态信息难以用数字化表征。为了提高武钢高炉炉前出铁作业的智能化水平,以出铁过程视觉深度感知为着力点,基于出铁场监控视频,采用图像处理等技术,将炉前操作工艺过程与深度学习相结合,开发了立足生产应用的炉前视觉智能感知与智能诊断技术。通过数据采集、图像标记与处理、智能算法分析、数字化表征,实现对高炉铁流状态、开口深度、堵铁口打泥量,出铁开始时间、见渣时间及结束时间的智能感知,在此基础上进一步进行智能诊断。
The casthouse operation management for hot metal and slag of the domestic BF has the shortcomings of untimely and inaccurate data record,and difficult digital representation of the hot metal flow jetting pattern because the management is carried out mainly based on manual field checking and recording.To escalate the intelligentization of blast furnace tapping operations of WISCO,a set of visual intelligent perception and intelligent diagnosis system for production application is developed.The system focuses on the visual deep perception of tapping process,functions based on the casthhouse monitoring video and image processing technology,and it integrates the casthouse operation process with deep learning technologies.By means of data acquisition,image annotation&processing,intelligent algorithm analysis,and digital representation,the system can intelligently perceive the hot metal flow pattern,tap-hole drilling depth,amount of clay gunned during tap-hole plugging,tapping start time,start/end time of slag appearing,and then,it provides further intelligent diagnostics.
