摘要
大数据技术在传统制造业绿色转型中发挥着越来越重要的作用。基于河北省2007~2017年相关数据,从钢铁产品能源消耗、资源消耗、环境污染和钢铁行业效益等方面构建钢铁行业绿色转型指标体系,用熵值法确定各项指标权重,对钢铁行业绿色转型指数进行测度。同时构建大数据发展指数,对模型逐步回归,考察大数据技术的应用对河北省钢铁行业绿色转型的影响。研究发现:整体而言,在控制其他条件不变的条件下,大数据技术的应用程度与钢铁行业的绿色转型之间存在显著的正向关系。同时内在机制分析表明,钢铁企业生产运营过程中大数据技术的应用能够在钢铁产品设计、质量控制、运输管理、产品营销以及售后服务等方面助力企业节能降耗,提质增效。
Big data technology is playing an increasingly important role in the green transformation of traditional manufacturing industry.Based on the relevant data of Hebei Province from 2007 to 2017,a green transformation index system for the iron and steel industry was constructed from the aspects of energy consumption,resource consumption,environmental pollution,and steel industry benefits,etc.The weight of each indicator was determined by entropy method,and the green transformation index of iron and steel industry was measured.At the same time,a development index of big data was built and the model was regressed gradually to examine the impact of the application of big data technology on the green transformation of iron and steel industry in Hebei Province.The results show that,overall,there is a significant positive relationship between the application degree of big data technology and the green transformation of iron and steel industry under the condition of controlling other factors.Besides,the internal mechanism analysis shows that the use of big data technology in the production and operation process of iron and steel enterprises can help enterprises save energy,reduce consumption,improve quality and efficiency in the aspects of steel product design,quality control,transportation management,product marketing and after-sales service.
