摘要
强直性脊柱炎(Ankylosing Spondylitis,AS)是一种多发于中青年人群的慢性炎症性疾病,常伴有腰背痛、晨僵及脊柱强直等症状,严重影响患者生活质量。目前现代医学对AS的病因机理尚不完全清楚,现有的治疗方法主要依赖药物、外科手术及康复治疗的联合应用。虽然这些治疗手段能够有效缓解症状、改善患者的生活质量,但仍存在一定的局限性。然而,与现代医学不同,中医学对AS的认识更为全面,采用中药、针灸等手段进行综合治疗,强调辨证论治,注重整体观念。随着近年来多学科医疗模式的推进,中西医结合治疗已逐步成为AS治疗的首选方案。本文通过综述AS的中西医研究进展,以期为今后临床诊治实践提供参考依据。
Ankylosing spondylitis(AS)is a chronic inflammatory disease disease that occurs mostly in young and middle-aged people,often accompanied by low back pain,morning stiffness and spinal ankylosis,which severely impair the patient’s quality of life.At present,Western medicine has yet to fully comprehend the etiology of AS,and the existing treatments mainly rely on the combined application of pharmacotherapy,surgical intervention,and rehabilitation.While these treatments can effectively alleviate the symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patients,they still have certain limitations.In contrast,Traditional Chinese Medicine has a more comprehensive understanding about AS,emphasises evidence-based treatment,focuses on the holistic concept,and provides comprehensive treatment through herbal medicine,acupuncture and other means.With the advancement of the multidisciplinary medical model in recent years,the combination of Chinese and Western medicine has gradually become the preferred option for the AS treatment.This review summarized the research progress of AS from both Chinese and Western medical perspectives,aiming to provide reference for future clinical practice and research.
