准连续泵浦激光器板条晶体散热设计及仿真分析

Design and Simulation Analysis of Slab Crystal Heat Dissipation for Quasi-continuous Pump Laser

摘要 为解决准连续泵浦激光器板条晶体散热问题,以重频30Hz、激光输出能量大于120mJ的板条激光器作为研究对象,基于液冷控温技术,构建了激光器板条晶体散热模型,进行仿真分析,并开展了环境实验验证。结果表明,激光器可在-40~55℃环境温度范围内稳定输出重频30Hz、能量大于120mJ的激光,具有较好的环境适应性和稳定性。所设计板条晶体散热结构具有较好冷却能力,其内部纵横水道散热均匀,结构制造工艺简单,成本低廉,为同类型激光器板条晶体的散热设计提供了参考。 To solve the heat dissipation problem of slab crystal in quasi-continuous pump slab lasers,a slab laser with a repetition frequency of 30 Hz and pulse energy greater than 120 mJ is studied,based on temperature controlled liquid cooling technology,the heat dissipation model of slab crystal is built,and the simulation analysis is carried out,the environmental experiment is performed.Experimental results show that the laser can stably run with a repetition frequency of 30 Hz and pulse energy greater than 120 mJ in an ambient temperature range from-40℃ to 55℃,it has better environmental compatibility and stability.The heat dissipation structure designed for the slab crystal has high cooling capacity,with uniform heat dissipation through its internal longitudinal and transverse channels,it also has simple manufacturing processes and low cost,and provide references for the heat dissipation design of the slab crystal of the same-type laser.
