High precision motion control system plays an important role in the field of medical devices,especially in the medical diagnosis and treatment equipment which needs high operating accuracy.This kind of system can accurately control and adjust the movement of the device to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medical operation.As a core technology,position feedback makes the medical operation more accurate and controllable through real-time monitoring and adjusting the position of the equipment.This paper discusses the design and implementation of a high-precision motion control system for medical devices based on position feedback,introduces the hardware configuration and software development of the system in detail,emphasizes the optimization of real-time data processing and motion control algorithm,and verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method through system implementation and performance testing.
