摘要
酒精和甲烷均为易燃、易爆气体,在诸如酒驾检测现场、酿酒厂、化工厂等复杂环境需要高精度同步检测酒精和甲烷两种气体的浓度。本文研制了一套酒精和甲烷双组分TDLAS检测系统。系统以STM32H743为主控核心,通过RS485接口与沈阳坤懋科技有限公司KLS-101ID全功能数字单板卡进行通信,实现3345 nm激光器的精确波长调制与扫描,探测器将透射光信号转换为电信号,板卡对电信号进行分析处理,主控器获取板卡输出的二次谐波信号,结合温度压力传感器获取的环境参数进行拟合计算,编制上位机实现数据存储等功能,最终实现酒精和甲烷气体浓度的高精度同步检测。实验结果表明,所研制系统运行稳定,检测灵敏度高,能够满足酒精和甲烷双组分气体检测系统的实际应用要求。
Alcohol and CH4 are both flammable and explosive gases,and high-precision synchronous detection of their concentrations is required in complex environments such as drunk driving detection scene,breweries,chemical plants.This article develops a dual-component TDLAS detection system for alcohol and CH4.The system uses STM32H743 as the main control core and communicates with Shenyang King Master Lo Ltd.KLS-101ID full-featured digital single-board through RS485 interface to achieve precise wavelength modulation and scanning of 3345 nm laser.The detector converts the transmitted light signal into an electrical signal,and the board analyzes and processes the electrical signal.The main controller obtains the second harmonic signal output by the board,and combines it with the environmental parameters obtained by the temperature and pressure sensor for fitting calculation.The upper computer is programmed to achieve data storage and other functions,ultimately achieving high-precision synchronous detection of alcohol and CH4 gas concentration.The experimental results show that the developed system runs stably,has high detection sensitivity,and can meet the practical application requirements of alcohol and CH4 two-component gas detection systems.
