摘要
热电厂烟气脱硝采用SCR+SNCR脱硝技术,还原剂氨与烟气中NO_x产生还原反应,将烟气中的NO_x还原为无毒无污染的氮气和水。氨逃逸在线分析仪实时监测逃逸氨气的值,它对于控制脱硝效率和控制注氨量具有关键作用,氨逃逸在线分析仪精确测量不仅有效控制成本,而且减小逃逸氨对设备的腐蚀和对环境的污染。
The flue gas denitrification of a thermal power plant of a petrochemical company of China adopts SCR+SNCR denitrification technology.The reduction agent ammonia produces a reduction reaction with NO_x in the flue gas,reducing the NO_x in the flue gas to non-toxic,non-polluting nitrogen and water.The ammonia escape on-line analyzer monitors the value of the escape ammonia gas constantly,which plays a key role in controlling the denitrification efficiency and controlling the amount of ammonia injection.The accurate measurement of the ammonia escape online analyzer not only effectively controls the cost,but also reduces the corrosion of the escape ammonia to the equipment and pollution to the environment.
