体能训练前、后及理疗放松后的唾液、尿液生化指标的变化

Changes in Salivary and Urinary Biomarkers Before/After Physical Training and Post-therapy Relaxation

摘要 目的分析体能训练前、后及理疗放松后的唾液与尿液等无创样本生化指标的变化,为科学制定训练计划提供监测依据。方法随机选择52名青年男性受试者,分别在体能训练前-训练后-理疗放松后做3次疲劳问卷调查,同步完成3次唾液样本采集和2次尿液样本采集(训练前-理疗放松后)。检测指标包括尿液MYO、尿液C反应蛋白、尿液MAU、唾液COR、唾液IgA、唾液α-AMY、唾液CRE、唾液IL-6等生物标志物,结合疲劳问卷综合评分进行统计学分析。结果使用Spearman相关性分析研究发现尿MYO与唾液IL-6呈负相关(r=-0.266,P=0.006),尿CRP与唾液IL-6呈正相关(r=0.608,P<0.001);疲劳评估分数与唾液COR(r=0.175,P=0.029)、唾液α-AMY(r=0.220,P=0.006)呈正相关,而与唾液IL-6呈负相关(r=-0.241,P=0.002),差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。在尿液样本指标中,MYO和MAU在训练前-理疗后的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。唾液样本指标中,α-AMY和CRE在训练前-训练后(α-AMY P<0.0001、CRE P=0.0002)、训练后-理疗后(α-AMY P=0.0009、CRE P=0.0026)的水平变化均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论唾液IL-6、COR、α-AMY等指标与主观疲劳评估存在相关性,可作为机体疲劳状态的潜在生物学指标。尿液MYO、MAU以及唾液α-AMY、CRE的动态变化特征,为优化训练负荷监控及恢复策略的制定提供了实验依据。 Objective To analyze the change patterns of biochemical indicators in non-invasive samples such as saliva and urine before,after physical training and after physical therapy relaxation,and to further provide knowledge basis of monitoring for the scientific formulation of training plans.Methods Fifty-two young male subjects were randomly selected for the study.Three fatigue questionnaires were conducted respectively before physical training,after training and after physical therapy relaxation,respectively.In addition,three saliva sample collections and two urine sample collections(before training and after physical therapy relaxation)were completed.The detection indicators included biomarkers such as urine MYO,urine C-reactive protein,urine MAU,salivary COR,salivary IgA,salivaryα-AMY,salivary CRE,and salivary IL-6.The statistical analysis was conducted in combination with the comprehensive score of the fatigue questionnaire.Results Spearman correlation analysis revealed that urinary MYO was negatively correlated with saliva IL-6(r=-0.266,P=0.006),while urinary CRP was positively correlated with saliva IL-6(r=0.608,P<0.001);The fatigue assessment score was positively correlated with salivary COR(r=0.175,P=0.029)and salivaryα-AMY(r=0.220,P=0.006),but negatively correlated with salivary IL-6(r=-0.241,P=0.002),and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Among the indicators of urine samples,the differences between MYO and MAU before training and after physiotherapy were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the saliva sample indicators,the concentration changes ofα-AMY and CRE before and after training(α-AMY P<0.0001,CRE P=0.0002),as well as after training-after physiotherapy(α-AMY P=0.0009,CRE P=0.0026)were both statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Indicators such as IL-6,COR,andα-AMY in saliva are correlated with subjective fatigue assessment and could be used as potential biological indicators of the body’s fatigue status.The dynamic change characteristics of MYO and MAU in urine,as well asα-AMY and CRE in saliva,can provide an experimental basis for optimizing the monitoring and recovery strategies of training load.
