摘要
本研究通过收集2011年以来的国家三峡后续规划、国家科技部、国家自然科学基金委,以及水利、农业部门和三峡集团等组织实施的三峡水库水生生境与生物多样性保护研究项目系列成果,对相关研究的重要认识和代表性观点进行梳理,从战略支撑、履职支撑及推广应用等方面总结取得的成效,针对存在的问题提出三峡水库水生生境及生物多样性保护建议,为保障三峡工程长期安全运行及其综合效益持续发挥提供科技支撑。
By collecting the series of research achievements on the aquatic habitat and biodiversity protection of the Three Gorges Reservoir area since 2011,which were supported by the Three Gorges Follow-up Plan,as well as projects organized by the Minis⁃try of Science and Technology,National Natural Science Foundation of China,water resources and agricultural systems,and hydro⁃power enterprises including China Three Gorges Corporation,this paper sorts out the important understandings and representative viewpoints of the related researches.Additionally,this paper summarizes the effectiveness of the collected researches from aspects such as strategic support,role performance support,and application promotion.Finally,corresponding measures and recommenda⁃tions are proposed to address the existing issues in the conservation of aquatic habitats and biodiversity in the Three Gorges Reser⁃voir area.The study will provide scientific and technological support for ensuring the long-term safe operation of the Three Gorges Project and promoting the sustainable realization of its comprehensive benefits.
