摘要
氯盐型防冻液(如氯化钙、氯化钠溶液)因其成本低、防冻性能优异、原材料广泛等多种因素,成为我国煤炭冬季运输的核心保障技术。然而,其高氯特性引发煤炭品质劣化、设备腐蚀、生态污染及下游产业链安全风险等系统性危害。基于文献分析、案例研究等,系统解析氯盐型防冻液的危害机理,提出无氯/低氯环保替代产品开发、智能喷洒工艺优化及行业标准升级等综合治理策略,旨在为煤炭产业链绿色低碳转型提供理论支撑与技术路径。
Chloride-based antifreeze solutions(such as calcium chloride and sodium chloride solutions)have become a core guarantee technology for winter coal transportation in China due to their low cost,excellent antifreeze performance,and wide availability of raw materials.However,their high chloride content causes systematic hazards such as coal quality deterioration,equipment corrosion,ecological pollution,and safety risks in downstream industrial chains.Based on literature analysis and case studies,this paper systematically analyzes the hazard mechanism of chloride-based antifreeze solutions and proposes comprehensive management strategies including the development of chlorine-free/low-chlorine environmentally friendly alternatives,optimization of intelligent spraying processes,and upgrading of industry standards,aiming to provide theoretical support and technical pathways for the green and low-carbon transformation of the coal industry chain.
