摘要
通过加快车辆周转、缩短重车在途时间能够有效预防冬季煤炭运输中产生冻车。基于国家能源集团铁路调度系统数据的关联关系,梳理铁路运输过程中各时间节点的关系,分析了防冻车预警功能的需求,从装车作业业务流程与列车运行相关联的角度出发,提出对重车管内总时间与重车在装车站或中转站停留时间进行双重实时卡控的防冻车预警办法。论述了预警系统的流程设计、预警时间标准值的确定方法及预警界面设计,对基于该设计方法开发完成的包神铁路集团防冻车预警系统的功能和应用情况进行分析,系统实现了重车信息的实时追踪预警,对加快重车周转、预防冻车效果明显,且极大地提高了调度工作效率,证明了预警办法的可行性。
Speeding up vehicle turnover and shortening the transit time of heavy vehicles can effectively prevent frozen vehicles in coal transportation in winter.The relationship of each time node in the railway transportation process was sorted out and the requirements for the early warning function of antifreeze vehicles were analyzed based on the correlation of the data of the transportation dispatching system of China Energy Railway.From the perspective of the relationship between the business process of the loading operation and the train operation,a dual real-time control method for antifreeze vehicles was proposed for the total time in the loaded vehicle management and the dwell time when the loaded vehicle stays in the loading station or transfer station.The process design of the early warning system,the method for determining the standard value of the early warning time,and the design of the early warning interface were discussed in detail.The function and application of the antifreeze vehicle early warning system of Baoshen Railway Group developed and completed by the designed method were analyzed.The real-time tracking and early warning of information effectively speed up the turnover of heavy vehicles and prevent freezing vehicles,greatly improving the efficiency of dispatching work and proving the feasibility of the early warning method.
