“新双高”背景下高职新能源汽车技术专业建设研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Construction of Higher Vocational New Energy Vehicle Technology Major under the Background of the"New Double High-Level"Initiative

摘要 高水平专业建设是职业教育高质量发展的基础,高水平专业建设的难点在于如何立足产业需求,依托现代职业教育体系建设,培养符合新时代要求的高技能人才。文章采用案例研究法,以新能源汽车产业的发展现状为基础,立足陕西交通职业技术学院高职新能源汽车技术专业建设,从落实立德树人根本任务、构筑产教融合机制平台、创新专业人才培养模式、推动五金建设提质增效、构建数字化教学新生态五个方面进行了研究与实践,提出了高职新能源汽车技术专业建设的新范式。研究结合新能源汽车技术专业数字化教学新生态建设实践,提出了建设数字化教学新生态的技术路径。 The construction of high-level majors serves as the foundation for the high-quality development of vocational education.The difficulty in constructing high-level majors lies in how to base themselves on industrial demands,rely on the development of the modern vocational education system,and cultivate high-skilled talents that meet the requirements of the new era.This paper employs the case study approach,taking the current development status of the new energy vehicle industry as its foundation and focusing on the development of the new energy vehicle technology major in Shaanxi College of Communications Technology,conducts research and practice from five aspects:implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,building a platform for the integration mechanism of industry and education,innovating the professional talent cultivation model,promoting the quality and efficiency improvement of the"five-strand hardware"construction,and constructing a new digital teaching ecosystem.Finally,it proposes a new paradigm for the construction of the Higher Vocational New Energy Vehicle Technology Major.Furthermore,by integrating the practical experience of constructing a new digital teaching ecosystem for this major,it outlines the technical ways for achieving this goal.
