摘要
目前重劣质油深加工是世界石油化工面临的巨大挑战,浆态床加氢裂化技术加工是一项关键技术。对某公司减压渣油、减黏渣油2种重劣质油进行性质分析,在反应压力22 MPa、质量空速0.4 h^(-1)条件下进行浆态床加氢裂化中试试验,对2种典型重质油的>525℃渣油转化率、沥青质转化率、轻油液体收率、脱残碳等反应性能进行研究,并考察反应温度的影响。结果表明:适当提高反应温度有利于渣油转化率和轻油收率,在相同条件下减压渣油浆态床加氢裂化效果更好,减黏渣油适合在反应温度460℃条件下进行加氢裂化反应,总体上2种高硫、高金属、高残碳原料都适用于浆态床加氢裂化工艺技术。
At present,the deep processing of heavy and inferior oils is a huge challenge faced by the world′s petrochemical industry,and the processing technology of slurry bed hydrocracking is a key technology.A property analysis was conducted on two kinds of heavy and inferior oils,namely vacuum residue and visbreaking residue of a certain company.A pilot-scale test of slurry bed hydrocracking was carried out under the conditions of a reaction pressure of 22 MPa and a mass space velocity of 0.4 h^(-1).The reaction performances such as the conversion rate of>525℃residue,the conversion rate of asphaltene,the yield of light oil liquids and the removal of residual carbon of the two typical heavy oils were studied and the influence of the reaction temperature was investigated.The results show that appropriately increasing the reaction temperature is beneficial to the conversion rate of residue and the yield of light oil.Under the same conditions,the effect of slurry bed hydrocracking of vacuum residue is better.Visbreaking residue is suitable for the hydrocracking reaction at a reaction temperature of 460℃.Generally,both raw materials with high sulfur,high metal and high residual carbon are suitable for the slurry bed hydrocracking process technology.
