摘要
职业院校科技成果转化是推动人才培养与产业需求深度融合的重要途径。基于TOE理论框架对职业院校科技成果转化的现状进行分析发现,其在技术、组织、环境维度均存在不同程度的问题。为此,需要通过技术路径突破,深化科技成果转化理念认知;组织机制创新,完善成果转化与人才培养协同机制;通过环境生态优化,支持职业院校科技成果转化深入发展;通过三维协同合作,加大对职业院校科技成果转化的保障力度。
The transformation of scientific and technological achievements in vocational colleges is an important way to promote the deep integration of talent cultivation and industrial needs.An analysis based on the TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment)theoretical framework shows that there are problems to varying degrees in the technological,organizational,and environmental dimensions.To address these issues,it is necessary to:break through technical bottlenecks and deepen the understanding of the concept of transforming scientific and technological achievements;innovate organizational mechanisms to improve the coordination between achievement transformation and talent cultivation;optimize the environmental ecosystem to support the in-depth development of transformation in vocational colleges;and strengthen three-dimensional collaborative cooperation to enhance the guarantee for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in vocational colleges.
