摘要
【目的】探讨通风速率对好氧堆肥过程中腐殖质组分及腐熟度的影响,为优化堆肥工艺提供理论依据。【方法】以牛粪和玉米秸秆为原料在反应器中进行好氧堆肥试验,在连续通风速率分别为0.10(T_(1))、0.20(T_(2))、0.40(T_(3))m^(3)/(min·m^(3))的条件下,研究堆肥过程中总有机碳(TOC)、可溶性有机碳(DOC)和腐殖质组分胡敏酸(HA)与富里酸(FA)含量的变化规律,并采用隶属函数法对各处理的腐熟度进行了综合评价。【结果】T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)处理TOC含量至堆肥结束时分别下降了16.55%、18.38%和16.86%;DOC含量也随堆肥过程的推进而波动式下降,各处理变化趋势相似,T_(2)处理在堆肥结束时TOC和DOC含量的下降幅度均大于其他2个处理;随堆肥过程的进行,各处理HA含量在堆肥初期呈增加趋势,堆肥第10天后有所下降,FA含量变化与之相反;堆肥结束时,T_(2)处理HA含量显著高于T_(1)处理(P<0.05),T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)处理HA含量比堆肥初期分别升高了11.46%、32.36%和18.42%,堆体HA/FA、HA/TOC及隶属函数值均表现为T_(2)处理大于T_(3)和T_(1)处理。【结论】过高或过低的通风速率都不利于有机碳的分解转化及腐殖质形成,其中以T_(2)处理,即以通风速率为0.20 m^(3)/(min·m^(3))牛粪和玉米秸秆堆肥堆体中HA含量最高,且堆体的腐熟效果最好。
【Objective】The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of aeration rate on the content of humus and its components,and the maturity of cattle manure composting.【Method】The aerobic compost-ing test was conducted using cow manure and corn straw in the reactor to study the changes in total organic carbon(TOC),dissolved organic carbon(DOC),humic acid(HA)and fulvic acid(FA)across three treat-ments:T_(1):0.10 m^(3)/(min·m^(3));T_(2):0.20 m^(3)/(min·m^(3));T_(3):0.40 m^(3)/(min·m^(3)).The maturity of the compost in each treatment was evaluated using subordinate function analysis.【Result】The TOC content of each treat-ment decreased during the composting progress.The TOC content of the T_(1),T_(2),T_(3) treatments decreased by 16.55%,18.38%and 16.86%,respectively,by the end of the process.The DOC content also decreased during the process,with a similar trend observed for all treatments.However,compared with the other two treatments,the DOC peak time in the T_(1) treatment occurred later and the peak value was lower.This shows that a lower ventilation rate does not promote the rapid stabilization of the more active organic substances in the composting process.At the end of the composting process,the TOC and DOC content in the T_(2) treat-ment decreased by a greater amount than the other two treatments.During the composting process,the HA content increased and the FA content decreased gradually in each treatment.At the end of the composting process,the HA content of the T_(1),T_(2),T_(3) treatments was increased by 11.46%,32.36%and 18.42%,re-spectively,compared with the initial stage of composting.This indicates that the ventilation volume of 0.20 m^(3)/(min·m^(3))was more conducive to HA accumulation of in the compost.The HA/FA ratio,HA/TOC ratio and subordinate function values of the T_(2) treatment were higher than those of the T_(3) and T_(1) treat-ments.【Conclusion】The results indicated that the compost with a ventilation rate of 0.20 m^(3)/(min·m^(3))(T_(2))produced the best decomposition effect.
