摘要
先后天学说是中医理论的重要组成部分,先天、后天是对人体生命阶段的划分,脾、肾分别为后天、先天之本,在人的生长发育、生活中具备独特功能,但因先后天理论的肇端与宋以降的易数、仙道思想有关,因此存在模糊费解之处。从系统论的角度看,先天是生命系统未生成或乍生成时的状态,先天元气分化为肾水与命门火,肾水衍生肝木、心火,命门火衍生脾土、肺金,生成后天五行系统。五行生克制化是系统的自组织现象,后天之本代表着自组织与他组织的统一,他组织之水谷赖之以奉养周身,自组织之气机因之以升降有序。先天之本主宰系统的生成,后天之本主宰系统的维系,系统论可以从全新的角度对脾肾先后天理论做出清晰诠释。
The theory of the innate and the acquired is an important part of the traditional Chinese medicine theory.The innate and the acquired are divided according to the stage of human life activities.The Spleen and Kidney are the basis of the acquired and the innate respectively.They have unique functions in human growth and development.The origin of the theory of the innate and the acquired was related to Yi-numerology and Daoist immortalist ideologies since the Song dynasty,so there are some ambiguities.From the view of system theory,the innate refers to the state when the life system is not formed or first formed.The innate vital Qi differentiates into Kidney Water and Mingmen Fire.The Kidney Water engenders Liver Wood and Heart Fire,and the Mingmen Fire engenders Spleen Earth and Lung Metal,by this means the acquired five elements system is formed.The generation and inhibition in the five elements is a systematic self-organization phenomenon.The acquired foundation represents the unity of self-organization and heter-organization.With the help of Spleen,the essence of water and grain(heter-organization)is supplied to the whole body,and the transmission of Qi(self-organization)is raised and lowered regularly.The innate foundation governs the generation of the system,and the acquired foundation governs the maintenance of the system.The system theory can provide a clear interpretation of the TCM theory of the innate and the acquired from a new perspective.
