摘要
总结整理张虹教授运用通督调神盘龙针法结合“治痿独取阳明”思路治疗吉兰-巴雷综合征的临证经验。通督调神盘龙针法是张虹教授通过长期临床实践,结合前人“通督调神针法”与“盘龙针法”改良所创,是针刺与推拿相结合的一种特色疗法,此法重视针刺前的下推夹脊法与针刺后的叩击督脉法操作,具有调节全身阳气流注与促进气血运行的作用。根据患者具体情况,张虹教授在临床上结合“治痿独取阳明”思路综合施治,并注重此病常见的焦虑、抑郁等心理因素,从整体观出发形神共治,气血同调,疗效显著,值得进一步推广。
To summarize and sort out Professor Zhang Hong′s clinical experience in treating Guillain-Barre syndrome with Tongdu Tiaoshen Panlong acupuncture method combined with"to treat flaccidity,select the Yangming channel only"thought.Tongdu Tiaoshen Panlong acupuncture method was created by Professor Zhang Hong through long-term clinical practice and combined with the predecessors′"Tongdu Tiaoshen needle method"and"Panlong needle method".It is a characteristic therapy combining acupuncture and massage.This method attaches importance to the operation of pushing down the spine before acupuncture and tapping the Du meridian after acupuncture,which has the role of regulating the whole body Yang Qi flow and promoting the operation of Qi and Blood.According to the specific situation of patients,Professor Zhang Hong often combines the idea of"to treat flaccidity,select the Yangming channel only"in clinical comprehensive treatment,and pays attention to the psychological factors such as anxiety and depression common in this disease.Based on the holistic view theory,the co-treatment of form and spirit and the harmonization of Qi and Blood have the advantages of remarkable curative effect and are worthy of further promotion.
